• All custom code, designs, or software developed by Platinum Infosolutions remains our property until full payment is received.
• After completion and full payment, ownership may be transferred to the client based on the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• In case of termination, all work completed up to the date must be paid for.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City, India].
